4. Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time (estimates)

Delivery times start after processing. They are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, holidays) or carrier issues.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders; any threshold is shown at checkout.

Where your order comes from

To offer a wide range of products at fair prices, we work with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. Your order may ship directly from one of their warehouses, and items from one order may arrive in separate parcels at different times, sometimes with different tracking numbers.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–4 days to show updates after the first scan.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, re-shipping costs apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at info@danbethlosangeles.com and we will investigate with the carrier and, if needed, arrange a replacement or refund.
